A quick walkthrough of the flow: paste a link, generate a quiz, and instantly learn with insights and flashcards.
You watch great videos… then forget most of it
Tutorials and lectures are dense. Re-watching is slow. Notes are inconsistent. What you actually need is retrieval practice — being tested on the content so your brain stores it.
Passive watching ≠ learningYou understand it in the moment, but it doesn’t stick.
Re-watching is inefficientYou burn hours scanning for the parts that matter.
Notes don’t test youYou need questions to reveal what you really know.
How it works
From video link to quiz — in seconds
Paste a YouTube URL, we grab the transcript, and generate questions with timestamps.
We default to a fast, high-signal mix. You can tweak later.
Active recall forces your brain to retrieve information, which strengthens memory traces and reveals gaps. Rewatching can feel familiar without proving you can actually recall the idea.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work on any YouTube video?
It works best when a transcript or captions are available. If a transcript isn’t available, we’ll guide you to alternatives (and transcription may be a paid feature later).
Can I use playlists or course series?
Not in the first version. The MVP focuses on single videos for speed and quality. Playlists are a top roadmap item.
Will you store my links or data?
We only store what’s needed to run the app (account + quiz history). You’ll be able to control history and retention.
What kind of questions will it generate?
A mix: definitions, key takeaways, step-by-step checks, and applied questions—so it’s not just trivia.
